Overview: One of our government clients is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our clients team as
Customer Service Agents . In response to growing demand, our client is expanding their staff to support the issuance of driver’s licenses and identification cards across Kentucky.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide front-line customer service at the driver licensing branch.
- Issue driver’s licenses and state identification cards.
- Review and process immigration documents and other required paperwork.
- Conduct vision screenings and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
- Rotate through five different service stations within the branch to support various functions.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality and security standards.
What We’re Looking For: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Comfortable learning and using computer systems and office equipment.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
