Job#: 2076076 Job Description: HAZOP Action Item Coordinator The candidate will lead the technical evaluation and closure of action items to mitigate risk discovered in a recent Hazard and Operability Review.
Required skills / experience:
- Ability to independently conduct field walks to confirm facilities and documentation match, providing markups as necessary
- Experience developing management of change packages
- Experience performing safety relief device sizing and scenario development / evaluation
- Familiarity with performing fixed equipment / pressure vessel rerates
- Experience performing fixed equipment / pressure vessel rerates a plus
- Familiarity with P&IDs, PFDs, symbology and markup techniques
- Familiarity with risk screening and mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with progressing small facilities modifications from design through constructability review
Software:
- Chemical process modeling software experience (e.g., Aspen, Pro II) is a plus
- Siemens PS PPM experience is a plus
