Job Title: BI Specialist Location: Fully On-Site in Austell, GA Contract to Hire Position Summary The Entry-Level Business Intelligence Specialist will support the development and maintenance of BI solutions that inform key business decisions across departments including sales, operations, supply chain, and service. This is a highly collaborative role ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to work with data to solve real-world business problems. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).Extract, clean, and organize data from various sources including ERP, CRM, and operational databases.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.Maintain and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and performance.Conduct basic statistical analysis and trend reporting to support business strategy.Help ensure data quality and consistency across business units.Document processes and data workflows for transparency and future use. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Internship or coursework experience with BI tools and data analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience or familiarity with heavy machinery, manufacturing, or industrial operations data.Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.Knowledge of KPIs relevant to operations, logistics, or maintenance.
